A Perfect 1-Day Salzburg Itinerary for an Austrian Adventure

The hills are alive with the sound of music 🎶 Of course I couldn’t write a post about my quick trip to Salzburg without having the entire Sound of Music soundtrack in my mind the entire time. To start, I had no idea how beautiful Salzburg was going to be. It is such a treasure and seeing the entire city during the Fall season was so special. Here is a quick itinerary that I used as a day trip from Munich.

Start at Salzburg Hbf - The train ride from Munich to Salzburg is very scenic and so worth it.
