My Current Nutrition Product Lineup Vol. 01

To say that I've tired nearly all of the most popular nutrition products in the market is an understatement. Over the years, I've cycled through various stages of my wellness journey: from running marathons, to competing in CrossFit tournaments (and placing!), to trying a new boutique fitness concept each day.


As I'm sure you've now picked up on, I am now in the season of triathlons and more specifically, on a journey to complete my first Ironman 70.3 as an individual athlete (I just recently raced the Ironman 70.3 with my brothers in Memphis as a relay team where I was the swimmer).


Triathlons have been a completely new experience for me - the challenge is like nothing I've experienced before. With that being said, I've had to rethink my nutrition plan and so, here is my current lineup of products and supplements as I begin the early stages of training season.

As you can see, I prefer clean, simple product routines because I fill the majority of my nutrition plan with real food. I've been loving these supplements so far and they've helped tremendously on my prep and recovery.
